Aimersoft HD Video Converter is a great application to get your video files converted from one file type into another. The program supports lots of output and input formats. The input video files supported are AVI, MKV, MOV, MTS and WMV. The output formats are AVI, Mp4, MOV, Mp3, 3GP, WMV, M4A and much more.
This software allows you to do a lot of things. Your converted video files can be played almost everywhere. You could convert your files to 3GP and then play them on your iPhone, iPod or in any modern mobile phone. Also, you can convert your files to Mp3, convert your video files into audio files and then play them on your cell phone, Mp3 Player or audio player. The good thing about converting video files into audio is that you do not necessarily have to watch something you've watched thousand of times, maybe you just like a soundtrack and want to listen to it without need to play the video.
There is a profile menu at the bottom of the program's window where you will see all the output formats you can convert your files into. There must be over a hundred of types to use. You can even convert your files to video game format files or to BlackBerry by simply clicking a few times.
The settings you can adjust vary depending on what output format you choose. If you choose to convert your file into Mp3 then you can set your files' sample rate, encoder, audio channel and bit rates.
